CASE SUMMARY
PR Investigation 1-16-15, Omaha NE
Claims included hearing voices and names being said, hearing “hello,” feeling as if being watched and seeing shadows out of corner of eye. Also homeowner had two dogs that had both passed yet she could still hear one “wheezing” as it had prior to its death. The cat in the home would often stare at the top of the staircase and seem to see things. The homeowner also has stuff happening at her place of business, which we have investigated prior and had a lot of activity. She was concerned maybe something at the office had followed her home.

During our initial walk through we were getting K2 hits in the living room area and dining room area. We moved up the stairs – and you could immediately feel a “charge” on the steps as if someone was standing there or watching you from above. It was almost as if it was hard to breathe even, like heaviness on your chest. We continued to get several K2 hits in the upstairs bedrooms in random places. As we moved into one of the bedrooms, Marcia felt a burning on her neck and that is when we noticed she had a mark – not a scratch but almost like a burn. I immediately took a photo - the picture of that mark is currently on our page to view. Typically when Marcia is scratched or touched the mark fades quickly; however, this one lasted a few days and even still had a burning sensation the day after.

As we moved downstairs into the basement, still during our walk-through, I felt as if someone had poked my shoulder. Marcia saw what appeared to be a tug on my collar at the same time. We tried to debunk if maybe I had hit something on the wall, but weren't able to debunk.
The basement was fairly quiet – no K2 hits, but as we were going upstairs the homeowner and I did hear a whisper in the stairway – not certain of what it said. Unfortunately, at that time, I did not have a recorder with me.

After video set-up, Doreen and I started the first EVP session upstairs in the master bedroom. Almost immediately we were getting K2 hits and heard a female respond “Yes” when we asked if there was someone standing with us. As we called down to Marcia and the homeowner who were watching surveillance to tell them about the voice and K2, Marcia stated that a large bright ball of light had gone down the hallway from that room and shifted towards them in the dining room. This is the video that was captured and is already posted to our page. Note the home did have the normal “dust” activity just like all properties do, but this anomaly had a very bright solid glow and seemed to move slow with purpose, even with a trail behind it. The K2 activity in this room was nothing like we've seen – getting identical hits on multiple devices that were several feet apart. The devices were getting more hits when they were held up at the height of a child, and once moved to the floor or higher than a few feet they would stop almost immediately. We didn't hear any more audible responses in the room but did have some taps and movement – at one point it sounded as if someone was walking within the room making a shuffling noise and also making the floor creek. I tried to replicate the shuffling/footsteps but was unable to. Hopefully this was captured on audio.

For the second EVP session, we moved into another upstairs bedroom. We again were having very unusual K2 activity. Doreen and I even heard shuffling and movement in one of the corners of the room. The K2 activity was again very random, a few times even going to red – then stopping completely. The bulk of the activity with the K2 meters was when the devices were placed on a bed – where we shouldn't have been picking up any electrical interference (no electric blanket, etc.) During this activity – Marcia brought up a hand held video camera which was acting very strange – switching settings while recording. We noticed that we were picking up a radio station in the parabolic mic, which has only happened a handful of times throughout all of the years of investigating. We were still stumped by the K2 meters- if it was something electrical the devices weren't consistent at all. We had never seen K2 activity before like we had in that home. While in that second bedroom, we also heard a male either laugh in a low tone of voice or maybe clear his throat or say “hey hey” – we still need to review the audio to see what exactly was captured.

Our final EVP session was down on the main floor in a room next to the kitchen where the homeowner had a pool table. We had no K2 activity in this area nor any personal experiences or audible responses.

Note that this is a newer home so all of the electrical is up to code and we weren't picking up on any unshielded wiring. The normal kitchen appliances, TV’s, electrical boxes and such were setting off the K2s, which is typical in all homes.

We were unable to connect with Mary that evening to get a reading of the home and find out whom she was seeing, but are planning on scheduling another time to walk through so Mary can see the property via video chat and hopefully answer some questions the homeowner has.

Case Summary

PR Investigation 1-17-15, Wymore NE

Claims include hearing growling sounds, hearing footsteps, things coming up missing and reappearing in random places. Homeowner has been having nightmares and dreamt one night he was being held down in his bed. The next day his chest was sore and his ribs hurt, as if it had truly happened. Other experiences include seeing full bodied apparitions in the kitchen and hearing a female yell to “get back inside” while the homeowners were in the garage. We have investigated this property before on former team Paracon.

Since this was our third or fourth trip to this home in the past 3-4 years, we didn't spend much time on an initial walk through. We are very familiar with the “hot spots” and where to set up video/audio. We were, however, able to video Mary in to view the home for the first time. She clearly described seeing the past homeowner, his wife and daughter. She then also described a young man, possibly Mexican, in the home who had died in a car accident possibly in the 90's within the area. He seemed scared and typically hid in the home. There was also a female and a young child who seemed to be attached to an old antique bed the homeowner has. We'll be doing a little research to see if we can find records of a young man that died in a car accident.

To start our first EVP session, Doreen and I went straight to one of the hot spots in the home where we always get activity. It's a small room with steps leading up to an attic, and it also has a small door which we call the “Harry Potter door” under the stairs that is filled with storage. We have always tried to capture this door opening as it was a claim of the homeowner that it opened randomly on its own. For the first 10 minutes or so, it was fairly quiet. We did start seeing some shadow movement in the hallway right outside of the room we were in. Then we had something very strange happen, a loud female voice which sounded as if it was right next to us in the room. I thought it was her recorder – like maybe she hit play on accident – she thought it was me. We stopped Doreen's recorder (which was across from us on top of a dresser) to play it back to see what we had captured, and on her recorder it sounded as if someone said “hello” in a raspy whispered voice. As we discussed what we had heard, several more EVPs were captured in the hallway near the bathroom on my recorder which was still running. After review of my audio, the female voice actually said “uh oh.” There is also a whistle, more knocks and a full sentence being said from the bathroom area. We are currently working on that audio and hope to post it soon!

After having that happen, Marcia then came up to the room with us. We were hearing taps and noises from the small closet door under the stairs. After asking for it to make a loud noise, loud enough to know it was a response, about 30 seconds after the door opened on its own, which we were not expecting. This was captured on video, which is posted on our page. The audio clip is also posted so everyone can see how loud it was when opening! Let's just say there was a lot of profanity after that happened as it had startled us. We were also then having activity on our K2 meter which hadn't lit up much at all prior.

While this was happening upstairs, the homeowner was down in the dining room watching surveillance. He was hearing noises in the rooms next to him and also heard a female cough loudly in the kitchen. He actually thought it was his wife coming in from work, but then realized she was not there.

For the next EVP session, Doreen and I moved into the garage. We have captured voices out there and EVPs prior, and the homeowner one time saw feet walking around his car as he was working underneath it. We have yet to capture any video – but did have cameras in the area which we still need to review. While we were in the garage, our K2 meters were placed close to each other on the floor. We did have a few instances where they lit up, but it was hard to decipher just who may have been trying to communicate with us.

To wrap up the evening, we headed back upstairs and conducted a spirit box session. We were getting a lot of responses to our questions – some even seemed to come over in Spanish. We do believe a male stated his name as “Pedro” - which Mary had said the young mans name was either Pedro or Pablo, a name that started with a “P.” One of our questions we got the response “Por que.” Keith asked “Is there something you want?” and the response was “to have a home, to have a dwelling.” We were also getting K2 hits again during the spirit box session.
